Our Clients Undertake Plastering And Drying Lining Contracts Of Existing Buildings In The Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Retail And Health Sectors As Well As Working On Many Large New Build Contracts For Well Known Main Contractors.
Our Clients Specialist Knowledge Enables Them To Work Closely With Clients, Architects And Designers To Provide High Quality Interior And Exterior Work Incorporating The Very Latest Products And Techniques Available Allowing Them To Finish Projects To The Highest Standards At All Time While Maintaining Tight Cost Controls.

Typical Contract Values Are £50k To £500k However Have Also Secured Larger Contracts Up To £3m

Your Skills:

• Relevant Industry Recognised Surveying Accreditation And Qualification.
• Experience In Construction Project.
• Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Similar Role.
• Good Communication And Time Management Skills.
• Be Able To Work On Own Initiative As Well As Under Direction.
• Computer Literate – Word, Excel, Outlook Etc.
• Ideally From A Plastering And Dry Lining Background Or Possess A Firm Understanding Of Plastering And Dry Lining Practices.
• Ability To Managing Staff And Relationships.
• Manage Budgets & Cost Control.
• Purchasing And Organising Materials For Sites.
• Costing Jobs And A Comprehensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Pricing Potential Works.
• Full Driving Licence.

The Position Is Based In The Companies Head Office In Ruislip, Middlesex However As Well As The Office Your Time Will Be Spent On Various Projects/sties In London And Hertfordshire.
