My client is a well respected construction company that's proud to have built up a well-known reputation for quality, reliable work since 1996.

Starting out mainly in the residential sector, they now have a varied programme of works and are increasingly involved in the commercial sector, including office fit-outs and school building programmes. Their services incorporate new build, refurbishment, conversion and redevelopment of listed buildings.

The client undertake contracts mainly in north London, but also work throughout the capital city anywhere within the M25 motorway.

Due to an increase in workload they are looking to recruit a surveyor to join their busy commercial team.

The role will involve managing you own projects from start to finish.

Ideally all candidates should possess a formal surveying qualification with a minimum of 3 year, post graduate experience gained from within a similar company in the construction industry.

My client is looking to develop someone through the business and you will be given good exposure to high value projects and senior members of the business.

This is an excellent role with significant opportunity to progress quickly through the business and you will be working with two other surveyors however will have your own individual projects to take ownership of.
